Our friends and family are very important to us. We spend a lot of time together and spend most of it in the kitchen. We are all at an age where being healthy and feeling good have become major considerations in life. We all like to eat but we have decided to make our food full of flavor and get rid of the fat and calories. We have decided to start having our "Friends and Family" night out. We all gather at someone's house on a given night and bring our new ideas and creations with us. Everyone seems to have different ways of making traditional dishes. We also like to try new varieties of wine and trade ideas on which wine goes with which meal. It has been very inspirational. Everyone is welcome to bring a friend to any of our gatherings. We are steadily increasing our group of "friends and family".

We recommend that everyone try having a "friends and family" group. We find that it makes you more conscious of what you are eating and how much excercise you are getting. We not only inspire each other but support each other in our own individual goals. It is a great benefit to have a sounding board for new ideas and creations.
